Those on a list can request delisting and file an action for annulment before the EU General Court, citing errors in the grounds, lack of evidence, or violation of defense rights. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How we act<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We analyze the basis for inclusion and the supporting evidence, prepare delisting requests and actions before the EU General Court, and manage the necessary authorizations for fund use while the restriction is in place.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International dimension<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sanctions are inherently transnational: they affect individuals and companies with assets in multiple countries and intersect with regimes in other states.
