The Phases of Criminal Proceedings
The investigation phase is where evidence is gathered and it is decided what goes to trial: the most decisive phase and the most neglected by those who intervene late. The oral trial is the culmination, but it depends on the work done beforehand. Afterward come the appeals—appeal, cassation before the Supreme Court—and sentence enforcement, where there is still room for action (suspension, substitution, penitentiary benefits).
How We Act
We design the procedural strategy from the investigation phase, monitor the legality of each proceeding, prepare evidence in detail, and respond within hours. We keep you informed: you will know at all times where your case stands.
